01 — Incoming Inspection
We verify materials and production requirements before machining.

The first part is inspected to verify dimensions, tolerances and critical features before production continues.
Critical dimensions、 GD&T、 Threads & holes、 Visual inspection、03 — In-Process Inspection
Critical dimensions are monitored during production to maintain consistency and prevent deviations.

Finished parts are inspected against the latest approved drawings and specifications.

Inspection documentation can be provided according to project requirements.

After final inspection, parts are carefully protected and prepared for international shipment.

Production time:
- Sample: 5-7days
- Small quantity (less than 500pcs): 10-15days
- Large quantity: according to the actual quantity
Shipping time:
- Express: 3-5days from Dongguan to Europe, USA and other areas;
- Air freight: 5-7days for transport to Europe and America.
- Sea transport: generally about One months.
