Vacuum Aluminum Plating

Our vacuum aluminum plating is an advanced physical vapor deposition metallizing process. By vaporizing metal materials in a high-vacuum environment, the fine metal molecules evenly condense on workpiece surfaces to form a smooth, adhesive and uniform metallic coating. This eco-friendly process features consistent film thickness and no coating dead corners. We can deposit aluminum, nickel, stainless steel and brass coatings on non-metal substrates including ABS, PET, HDPE and PP. It effectively improves parts’ metallic appearance, surface durability and oxidation resistance, suitable for electronic, home appliance and automotive plastic components.

Electroplating

Electroplating is a common electrochemical surface treatment that enhances workpiece performance and aesthetics. The process starts with proper selection of electrodes and electrolyte according to targeted electrochemical reactions under DC current. Workpieces are thoroughly cleaned and pretreated in advance to ensure firm coating adhesion. During operation, metal ions from the electrolyte precipitate on the substrate surface to form a dense metal layer. This technology allows low-cost base metals like copper and aluminum to be plated with premium metals such as gold and silver, improving parts’ corrosion resistance, wear resistance and decorative effects while controlling costs.

Chrome Plating

Chrome plating is a functional and decorative electroplating process with excellent comprehensive properties. It provides exceptional wear resistance and corrosion resistance, along with superior tribological performance that reduces surface friction and mechanical abrasion. The dense chrome coating isolates substrates from corrosive substances to prevent rust and aging. Meanwhile, it maintains a long-lasting mirror-bright and smooth surface finish. It is widely used on mechanical components, hardware accessories and automotive parts that require high durability and premium appearance.

Nickel Plating

Nickel plating is one of the most versatile electroplating solutions for industrial applications. Nickel coatings deliver excellent ductility, high surface hardness and reliable corrosion resistance, with good toughness that resists cracking and peeling during processing and use. The dense coating structure effectively protects workpieces from oxidation and chemical erosion to extend service life. Additionally, nickel electroplating optimizes product surface smoothness and brightness, creating a uniform metallic luster. It is widely applied to hardware tools, electronic parts and precision mechanical components for both functional protection and decorative purposes.
