Painting and Coatings include the following major categories
Including: Bake Painting, Soft Touch Rubber Coating, Powder Coating, Matt Finish Painting, Glossy Finish Painting, Anti-corrosion Coating, Anti-fingerprint Coating, Texture Coating and Clear Varnish Coating, etc.
Backing Painting:
Bake painting cures surface coatings at temperatures over 150 degrees Fahrenheit, which effectively shortens the paint curing cycle on metal components. Faster curing greatly lifts production efficiency, especially for bulk orders and products needing multi-layer coatings in different colors.
Painting Soft Rubber:
Our soft rubber paint produces an opaque, anti-reflective layer with premium velvet-like soft touch at a coating thickness of only a few microns. With proper primer pre-coating, this special paint can be steadily sprayed onto both metal and plastic workpiece surfaces.
Powder Coating:
Powder coating adopts free-flowing dry powder as raw material, differing greatly from traditional solvent-containing liquid paint. The powder is electrostatically attached to parts and then solidified via heating or UV curing to form a firm protective film.
Matt Painting:
Matt treated parts own smooth, durable non-gloss surfaces that effectively avoid unwanted light reflection. Apart from regular matte effect, various personalized textures can be processed on painted surfaces following client demands.
Glossy Painting:
Gloss painting endows parts with bright reflective surfaces featuring solid durability and convenient daily cleaning. We select high-quality polyurethane cosmetic paint to spray and form excellent glossy protective layers on products.
